Flawa Love is a conglomerate of creative minds that provide service of wedding event documentation that is currently resides in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
As an overview, each of the services that Flawa Love offer
would be for 5-hours or 9-hours coverage.
Additional coverage hours exceeding the agreed duration,
hourly billing is available upon request.

As of January 2026, Flawa Love would prioritized service booking within the area of 20km radius from Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

For service booking outside of the 20km radius area (within Malaysia),
only Nostalgic Photo, Modern & Heirloom Collection is available for booking for either 5 hours or 9 hours
(excluding two-way travel expenses and minimum of two night accommodation stay for all of assigned personnels of Flawa Love for the session.)

For service booking outside of Malaysia, only Heirloom Collection - 9 hours coverage is available for booking - excluding two-way travel expenses and minimum of two night accommodation stay for all of assigned personnels of Flawa Love for the session.
All enquired service that require traveling outside of 20km radius from Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor,
per diem fee will be applied for each day

In accordance to Flawa Love Terms & Conditions
Additional fee for hard disk storage (either 2TB or 4TB) for the full delivered gallery of photography and videography.

Expenses for transportation and accommodation is excluded and will be reflected in the final invoice
For international coverage (outside of Malaysia), there would be an additional 2 days of travel (the day before, and the day after). The service fee above would exclude the travel and accommodation expenses.

- Hourly coverage extension, RM350/hour per each active crew member
- Waiting time, RM100/hour per each idle crew member

Add an extra Photographer - RM1500/5 hours
Add an extra Videographer - RM2000/5 hours

Normal turnover time for full gallery photos and full video, is 2-3 month's time,
Any request for a faster turnover time (less than 2 months)
will apply the following urgency fee:
- Urgency fee for photography, RM1500 per 1 session edit
- Urgency fee for videography, RM2000 per 1 session edit


Any request for physical printing of photos, discussion will take place AFTER the full gallery digital files have been received by the client,
- Printed copy 4R size (for a selection of film scan/digital photos), starts at RM500
- Printed copy A2 size (11 inch by 24 inch), starts at RM1000
- 20-pages photo album, starts at RM2500
- 40-pages photo album, starts at RM3000
